2. Scope of Service
2.1. Purpose of Service

DazzleCab is a platform connecting customers with independent cab vendors for transportation services. DazzleCab does not own, operate, or control the vehicles or drivers.

2.2. No Direct Transport Services

DazzleCab acts solely as a booking intermediary and is not responsible for the actual transportation services provided by vendors.

3. User Responsibilities
3.1. Accurate Information

Users must provide accurate booking details, including pickup and drop-off locations, preferred times, and contact information.

3.2. Lawful Use

Users agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to, activities such as smuggling, drug trafficking, or any criminal behavior.

3.3. Conduct During Trips

Users must respect the driver and adhere to all applicable traffic and safety laws during trips.

4. Vendor Responsibilities
4.1. Vehicle Maintenance and Legal Compliance

Vendors are solely responsible for maintaining their vehicles in a safe, insured, and legally compliant condition.

4.2. Driver Conduct and Background Checks

Vendors must ensure their drivers are properly licensed, professional, and have undergone appropriate background checks.

4.3. Incident Reporting

Vendors must report any incidents or complaints received from customers to DazzleCab promptly.

5. Liability Disclaimer
5.1. Platform Limitations

DazzleCab is not liable for:

  • Trip-related incidents, such as delays, accidents, or damages.
  • Misconduct by drivers, vendors, or customers.
  • Loss or theft of personal belongings during trips.
5.2. Vendor Accountability

All responsibilities for vehicle safety, trip quality, and legal compliance lie with the respective vendor.

6. Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
6.1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after full payment is received, and DazzleCab successfully matches the customer with a vendor.

6.2. Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations within 4 hours of the journey start time: No refund (0%).
  • Cancellations before 4 hours of the journey start time: 80% refund.
6.3. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method unless otherwise requested. Administrative charges may apply in certain cases.

7. Safety and Incident Reporting
7.1. Vendor Responsibility

Vendors must ensure the safety of passengers through proper vehicle maintenance and driver professionalism.

7.2. Customer Responsibility

Customers must behave respectfully and avoid engaging in unlawful activities.

7.3. Incident Reporting

All incidents during trips must be reported to DazzleCab at support@dazzlecab.com or +91 7507212121 within 24 hours of occurrence.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

  • Providing false or misleading information.
  • Using the platform for illegal purposes.
  • Tampering with the platform's functionality or systems.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DazzleCab LLP, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or services.

10. Amendments

DazzleCab reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through email or a notification on the Website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

12. Limitation of Liability

DazzleCab LLP is not liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
  • Acts or omissions of third-party vendors or drivers.
