7. Refund and Cancellation Policy
At DazzleCab, we aim to provide a fair and transparent refund and cancellation process to all our customers.
- Refund Process: In the event of a valid refund request, the customer will receive their refund within 5 to 7 business days from the date of the refund approval. Refunds will be processed via the same method used for payment, unless an alternative method is requested.

Cancellation Policy:
- Within 4 hours of the journey start time: If the customer cancels their booking within 4 hours of the scheduled journey start time, there will be no refund (0% refund).
- Before 4 hours of the journey start time: If the customer cancels their booking at least 4 hours prior to the journey start time, they will be eligible for an 80% refund of the booking amount.
- Note: In certain cases, processing fees or other administrative charges may be deducted from the refund amount. By using our services, you agree to these refund and cancellation terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
DazzleCab operates solely as a technology platform that connects customers with independent third-party service providers (vendors). DazzleCab does not own, operate, or control any vehicles or drivers.
While we aim to work with reliable cab vendors, we are not responsible for:
- Driver actions or cab conditions.
- Accidents, illegal activities, or damages during trips.
- Misuse of information shared between customers and vendors.
All liabilities rest with the respective vendors and drivers. By using our services, you agree that DazzleCab is not liable for any loss, injury, or dispute arising from the service provided by vendors.
